IEEE 802.16 OFDM Demodulator and Modulator (CMS0010)
An IEEE 802.16 OFDM Demodulator and Modulator Core design, compatible with the latest WMAN Standard. The 802.16a OFDM Wireless MAN PHY is intended for use with BWA and FWA applications in the 2-11GHz range and may be configured for a wide range of bandwidths including those compatible with the 5GHz UNII band.

Provides all the back-end building blocks necessary blocks to accelerate your BWA solution, including QAM mapping/demapping, Interleaver, Convolutional Encoder and Viterbi Decoder, Reed-Solomon Codec, Randomizer/De-randomizer and Burst Profile Management.
Universal QAM/PSK Modulator (CMS0004)
A QAM/PSK modulator core aimed at broadband point-to-point and point-to-multipoint applications. It is compatible with the IEEE 802.16.x wireless MAN-SC and 802.15.3 wireless PAN Standards
Multi-mode QAM Demodulator (CMS0006)
A QAM Demodulator core aimed at broadband point-to-point and point-to-multipoint applications and supports QAM orders from 2 (BPSK) to 256.
Viterbi Decoder Cores (CMS0002)
Available as a Zero-Terminated Viterbi Decoder for use with popular standards such as 802.11a WLAN and 802.16 OFDM / SCa WMAN, this highly configurable design could also be adapted for use in other TCM Viterbi Decoder applications such as DOCSIS (J83B) and DVB-T.
We also offer an advanced Tail-Biting Viterbi Decoder (CMS0008) which combines higher bandwidth efficiency and near-theoretical error-correcting performance with moderate gate-count and group delay.
Reed-Solomon Codec Core (CMS0003)
Reed-Solomon Codec Core suitable for 802.16 and many other wireless standards such as DVB. Two RS Codecs are offered: the first is a full-featured Errors and Erasures Codec for standards such as 802.16; the second is a compact Errors-Only Codec for applications such as DVB-T/S/C. The RS Codecs offer register programmable N and T (Errors and Erasures only) with the code polynomial and Galois field fixed at synthesis.
FFT Core (CMS0001)
A OFDM FFT Core suitable for 802.11a or 802.16 OFDM. Configurable to implement a 64-point or 256-point FFT. Engine based design suitable for general use in Demodulator or Modulator of other OFDM (COFDM) systems such as DVB-T.
